Double braid polyester rope

Manufactured in Australia with a braided polyester cover over a braided polyester core, double braided hauling rope is a high strength, high UV resistant, flexible and spliceable rope ideal for use as overhead draw rope and for underground cable hauling.

If the part number has -TE on the end, a thimble is added to the spliced eyes to protect the eye from abrasion and deformation, specifically at anchor or load-bearing points. It acts as a hard liner within the loop, preventing sharp steel fittings, like shackles, from chafing or cutting the fibres. Ropes with thimbles are ideal for use in lifting applications.
