After many years leading TEN, Corey Scott is stepping into the role of Executive Chairman, where he’ll focus on strategic growth, customer relationships, and the opportunities that lie ahead as our industry accelerates. Corey’s continued involvement ensures continuity - but also frees the business to think bigger and move faster.

At the same time, James Brown has been appointed CEO.

With 17 years at TEN, James has helped shape the business from the ground up - across sales, product, marketing, supplier partnerships, and customer strategy. He knows where the business has come from, but more importantly, he’s clear on where it needs to go next.

This leadership shift isn’t about change for change’s sake.
It’s about positioning TEN for what’s coming.

Australia is entering a once-in-a-generation phase of energy and infrastructure investment - network renewal, electrification, decarbonisation, and grid resilience. TEN intends to play a bigger, bolder role in that future.
