Derancourt’s insulated and fully insulated hand tools are used for live work or close to live working parts with a nominal voltage up to 1000V and 1500V.

The insulated tools comply with international standard IEC/EN 60 900.

Insulated tools consist of metal tools partly or wholly covered in an insulating material. Derancourt’s insulating coating comprises two layers: - 1 internal rigid white or red, highly insulating layer- 1 external flexible orange layer, protecting the internal layer from physical shocks and improving comfort of use.
