2021 Employee of the Year5 Jan, 2022 Another challenging year in working around COVID restrictions has passed in which our team has continued to adapt and provide our customers with the same high level of service they are used to. No matter what the challenge, our TEN team continues to lift which shows the resilience and fortitude to overcome difficulties that come our way. Success is not always easy to achieve however we are proud to acknowledge that the talent at TEN has shone brightly again this year. Each year, all employees of TEN, including management, vote for the most valuable employees in four categories being Management, Sales, Administration and Operations. From these category winners one is then voted as the overall Employee of the Year. As chosen by their peers, the category winners for 20/21FY are: Sales: Greg Witty It can be said that each of these amazing employees brings their very own unique skill sets, enthusiasm, and dedication to their roles at TEN. This year has proven to also demonstrate how important it is in being part of a team and supporting the goals of the company as together we create the success of TEN. Most Valuable Employee of the Year We are happy to announce TEN’s Most Valuable Employee of 20/21FY is Claudia Fortin, a long-standing employee in our administration team. Over the past 12-18 months we have seen an influx in customer portals which has provided many challenges to overcome but Claudia has aced this. We now have a portal Queen! In addition to this, Claudia has been instrumental in the revamp of our IMS (Integrated Management System) which not only has provided her with a greater understanding of all areas of the business but has provided our team with user-friendly process documents to make learning work procedures so much easier. Claudia never hesitates to roll up her sleeves and jump right in to get the job done. A very dedicated employee who is truly valued by all her peers. Congratulations Claudia! You are one in a million! Corey Scott, Managing Director, said “Claudia always made herself available if someone else needed a hand with anything and was often found working late from home.” Claudia was extremely humble in receiving the award mentioning that it should go to the staff that support her, as she couldn’t carry out her job if it wasn’t for them.
