Lou reaches a company milestone

Recently celebrating 20 years of employment for Louise Geoghegan at TEN marks a milestone in the company’s history.

Lou started at TEN in August 1999, very soon after the company was started. Initially working as an office assistant and bookkeeper for Ian Scott (Scotty), the owner of the business, over the years, and as the company grew, Lou broadened her responsibilities across finance and administration.

More recently Lou has been managing our HR and Quality divisions, and, to this day is the only person who knows where everything is! Lou also recently completed a Bachelor of Business (HR Management) whilst continuing to work over an 8-hour day for TEN.

She is the backbone of our culture here at TEN, which generally goes unnoticed to the outside world. Many customers rarely get the pleasure to meet or work with Lou. Those that know her understand that she really is the heartbeat of our organisational culture. Her loyalty and commitment to TEN is unquestionable, putting our team and our customers first. TEN is a very lucky company to have such a wonderful person and especially for so long. We love having you around Lou and look forward to many more years ahead working together. You are now officially 2 x TEN.
